Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
Delivery Locations:
We ship to addresses within Netherlands and internationally. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

BE – 3-5 days
Other European countries – 3-9 days
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
CarolineByMe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Timeframe:You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are non-returnable.
Perishable Goods: Certain goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
Health and Personal Care Items: Personal care goods, including beauty products and hygiene items, are non-returnable once opened.
Return Process
Refunds
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@carolinebyme.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@carolinebyme.com
